Superhero Schools® Instructor Pilot Courses 2026!

The training is open to:

​

• Bachelor’s and Master’s students and graduates in Sports Studies / Physical Education, including students who have completed more than half of their studies.

• Other qualifications in sports, physical activity and education will also be considered.

Requirements before the annual instructor licence is granted:

• A valid First Aid 1 (EA1) certificate

• A criminal record extract for working with children

• Payment of the training fee

• Payment of the annual instructor licence fee

• Successful completion of all training modules:

 

Task 1

Familiarise yourself thoroughly with Superhero Schools in theory. Study Materials 1a and 1b and answer the related questions.

Task 2

Together with the trainer, identify your potential customer base in your local area and consider how to reach them.

Contact, for example, your municipality, adult education centre and sports centre.

2a: Create marketing material using the provided templates.
2b: Create a one-year business plan using the provided template.

 

Task 3

3a: Create a safety plan for your first session.
3b: Create a safety plan for your first course using the provided template.

 

Task 4

4a: Conduct a demonstration session and record it on video.
4b: Have a feedback discussion with the trainer about the session.

 

Task 5

5a: Sign the Superhero Schools Instructor Agreement together with the trainer.

5b: Create an introduction post about yourself for the Superhero Schools Facebook and Instagram pages.

 

Task 6

Submit all required certificates and documents and complete any missing requirements, if necessary.

 

Training period

The training window is open for three months. The tasks are completed independently and at your own pace. You may complete the tasks in any order.

During the training, there will be two online training sessions for all participants. Additional one-to-one meetings with the instructor trainer will be arranged as needed.

​

The 2026 training is led by Meri Satama, Master of Health Care (YAMK) / Sports Instructor, and the developer of the Superhero Schools concept.

What is included?

The first course includes 40 ready-made lesson plans.

New lesson plans will be added every two months. Additional lesson plans can be purchased for € 29 + VAT / 10 lesson plans.
